Here we are knitting in the park. Even the little ones had their needles out. There were about 12 of us knitting in public. Actually I am not sure that anyone really saw us, but we had such a great time. We each brought something for lunch so we had fresh vegies, Subway Sandwiches and then for desert we had angel food cake topped with fresh strawberries and fat free cool whip. We also had a choice of fresh frozen peaches from my tree last year. All in all it was a great success, there was a very nice article in the paper and most importantly we had fun socializing and knitting.
